These are the apps that I use most of the time. I also use Pinterest as well when I work out. These are very nice apps to use. They let you know how many steps you take, so if you don't have an Apple Watch you can use your phone when you walk around to know how many steps you have done during the day. They also allow you to choose what you want to work on which is a nice touch. I like that ability because I like to work on my abs a lot and to know what type of cardio to do.
Those are all great apps! I've used a few of them before! I also recommend getting the Gymshark app! They have awesome workout programs and ways to track your progress for weight lifting! You can use one of the already created programs or create your own to make it custom to your goals!
ReplyDeleteI like those apps a lot, especially MyFitnessPal to track how many calories I am eating! Fitbod is another awesome app to checkout. It helps create custom workouts or find new exercises and also shows you a video on how to perform each one!
