I mainly use Youtube Music and Spotify as ways to listen to music for when I work out. I listen to fast past music when I work out because I work out by the beat of the music played, the rhythm of the music, to the work out I am focusing on. It is something that I have been doing forever and helps me get into shape faster. If you have never done that before, try it out and see what your results are by the end of the week.
